Trailer: Unmasking Uzbekistan.

السلام عليكم

UZBEKISTAN is a nation that is located at the Central Asia. Feel free to Google about it.hihihihi :P

I had just got back from there for a short trip. We went there for 8 days.

Mungkin ramai yang tidak pernah mendengar nama negara ini pun. Saya akui, Uzbekistan ialah negara yang sedang membangun dan baru sahaja ingin melakar nama di persada antarabangsa.

The first time I've heard about this country was in a local documentary show called 'Majalah 3'. We got captivated by the beauty of this country and the culture it had preserved.

Nenek was the one who invited us to go to Uzbek. Usually Nenek will travel with Atok, Nek Chom (her sister) & Tok Ali (Nek Chom's husband). The four of them had traveled all around the world and they decided it was the time to pay a visit to Uzbekistan.

We went there with a travel agency called Poto Travel. They offered a trip to Uzbekistan with a quite reasonable price ;) Poto Travel is quite famous on organizing Muslim package tours. Oh yes, I forgot to mention that most of the people in Uzbekistan are Muslim. Therefore, no problem arose on finding Halal food :)

When the travel agency supplied us with itinerary in Uzbek, we discovered that most of the places we are going is either Mosque, Madrasah or Mausoleum (Makam in BM). Hmm, at the sound of it, it doesn't make me jumping up and down :(

My Mom did asked, "Hanie, are you sure you want to go to Uzbek?". The cost of going to Uzbek is more less of going to Paris. Paris has Eiffel tower; the most famous tower in the world which is constantly related to love and romance. Ulalaaa :P One of my friends once joked (he was very skeptical) of why lots of people had traveled miles away to Paris just to see a rusty tower. LOL :P

So, I was indecisive whether to stick to the original plan of going to Uzbek or going to France.

Yeah! You know the answer! I decided to go to Uzbek :D

But do you know why? o.O

First of all, this gonna be my last long holiday before commencing my degree (no more cuti-cuti by then *sigh*). Secondly, this will my first time travelling far with my favourite grandparents, granduncle and grandaunty. The four of them are not getting younger. Aging and pain are slowly ceasing them. Yes I agree, death is the knowledge of Allah. However, since they are still alive and I have this oppurtunity to do so, why not? ;)

There were 6 of us including me and my mom. The group was consisting of 21 persons including the 6 of us.

This will be only the teaser.hihihihi Lots more coming soon. Planing to do a travelogue of our 8 days journey plus pictures! (Yeayyy!)

Please pardon my English
 and the skill of writing.
It had been quite some time.
Getting rusty and all =.='
Hope you'll be enjoying my future posts.
 Stay tune! :D
 Wassalam :)

Suffer.

السلام عليكم

May peace and good health be upon you :)

Weather had been alternating between scorching hot sun and heavy rain all day long. Because of this, many had been infected by flu or cough or both. Not to be left out is the household here. I think most of the clinic are usually jam-packed with ill patients right?

Well, there's something I wanna tell you. It is related to the title of the entry; SUFFER. Such a big word huh? What's the first thing that jump out of your mind when I mentioned SUFFER? For me, I would say the people in Gaza. There's no exact word  to describe the agony they're dealing with. Something that is beyond our imagination, beyond what was displayed on TV or reported in the newspapers. Let's pray that Allah will help them and give them ease and strenght to heal :)

That is a lot more tormenting than what I am going through. So, be strong Hanie! And be very grateful :)

The thing is, I was having this backache for quite some time. Almost two weeks, approximately. I can't sit down on a chair for a long time, or else I'll end up having this serious ache and it hurt so much just to stand up back. It also hurts a lot when I went watching Skyfall with Aina and Istanbul Aku Datang with Nabilah, Sarah and Nadia. You don't stand when watching movies right? You sat on the chair for a couple of hours.

At first I thought it was a minor strain on the back. But it got worse :( Every night I'll put some ointment on the painful area, but it doesn't make any difference :(

I remembered that I had a small fall when I was playing with lil' bro, Alif. It was really a silent thud, and it doesn't hurt at all, at first.

So, went to the clinic to consult the doctor. The doc gave me some painkillers and tablets to relax the muscle. But I had a feeling it was something else because it is not some ordinary muscle strain. So, I go for the traditional way; 'urut'.

I had went 'urut' before. However I didn't remember it was this painful. The past 'urut' session is more of relaxing the muscle, improving blood circulation and 'buang angin'.

But this time it was about correcting the nerves or 'urat'. The thing is my back got 'salah urat' and the 'urat dah bengkak'. No wonder it hurts so bad. It also affected my legs a bit where I can't walk as much as I used to walk when going shopping.huhuhhuu

When I was being 'urut' it hurts SOOOOO FREAKINGGG BADDD! Felt like crying wehhh! Tears were definitely welling up. It felt like there's a sharp knife piercing through your flesh. No kidding! True story! The 'tukang urut' found the troublesome nerves and she pressed so hard to fix the problem. Reminiscing the moment hurts as bad as it was >.<'

At least suffer now to heal later right? But then the aftermath of the 'urut' hurts too. Heyy, I'm not being a cry baby here. Just it does hurt (T-T) I can't lie down on my back because it hurts. Even if I did, I need my sister to pull me back up. Can't do it by myself :(

I took the 500g Ponstan (painkiller) prescribed by the doctor. It only scaled down the pain by minuscule and it certainly didn't kill the pain.

I take this positively. The pain is a way to delete my previous sins, if Allah's will :)

Please pray
that the pain will suppress fast.
I will not be taking anymore medication.
Will try to fight back the pain.
 Heal fast please,
 pleaseee.
Wassalam :)

Still remember me?

السلام عليكم

My name is Hanie Farhana. I am the owner of this blog. Just a brief introduction just in case my name slip out of your mind.

Haaihh, such a long silent huh? It had been two months. Last post was on the 23rd September and today is already 23rd November.

This is sooo not me. I had make a promise to myself to regularly post at least an entry every week. Minimum 4 entries per month. However, in October, I didn't post ANY entry. I was devastated. I let myself down :(

WHY? WHY DIDN'T I POST ANYTHING? Not that I don't have any story to be shared. I have tons of thing to tell you guys. Now, that is a good question. I don't know, as an answer :(

I don't know why :( Was I that busy? No, not that busy. Yes, I did had my final exam during the two months period. No internet connection? Err, my mom had kindly paid for my broadband every month.hihihii Thank you Mama :* Was I too engrossed doing other things? Hmm, did I? Nothing that I can think of :/ Maybe I was too lazy to type anything? Hmm, I love blogging. I don't mind spending a few minutes to let out the thoughts out of my mind.

I do visit my blog once in awhile just to get a kick start on writing something down. But, once I read my last entry, the burning desire to write was turn off. Maybe I got sad reading it, lost my writing enthusiasm along the way.

It was quite a long journey trying to find back the strong will to write. It was like trying to find the Lost World of Atlantis =.=' In a moment you thought you found it, but it's only a mirage. You got disappointed.

Some of my loyal readers who my dearest friends were asking me to give an update in my blog. So girls, there you have it. An update for you guys muaahh :*

So, you might be thinking, what had enlighten me to write back? I don't know the exact answer. Well, maybe I do but decided to keep it to myself.hihihi

Surely blogging is an effective way to let go and express yourselves. Writing works for me when I need to let go of some foreign thoughts, just it is not to be published. We should be publishing the good things, things that can benefits ourselves and others.

And again, there you have it. Some blabbering after a long pause. I am grateful that I didn't hit the stop button yet. Maybe gonna push the rewind button for awhile to let you know what I have been doing. I won't dare to touch the forward button though I desperately wanna know what will happen in the future. Let time fly freely like the birds in the sky. You'll appreciate them more.

Alhamdulillah,
it feels great to be able to write back.
I have high hopes
that I can write regularly again after this.
PLEASE Hanie,
don't repeat this.
Hope you'll be enjoying my entries!
Have a wonderful day!
Wassalam  :)
