السلام عليكم
Ahooyy! Who wants success? Me! Me! Me! Success has a very wide scope. We have our own definition of success right? Some wants a success of scoring straight A's in our exams (which is very common to most of us), success of completing our 3-feet tall homework/assignment or answering a difficult Maths question which seems harder that Add Math, success of buying the tickets to watch Harimau Malaya play at the World Cup (?!), success of getting the job we always wanted (with high pay of course) or even success of having our parents bought something we are dying for ;)
Mainly success cannot be measured and differ from a person to another. But, I truly believe that there is one ultimate success that every one wants. WHATTT? Success of being near to Allah and have the VVVVVVIP pass to be in His Jannah. InsyaAllah :)
HOW? Hmm, that's a good very question. Well, I think first of all we have to set that golden goal. Then, work and pray for it. Just the common recipe for success.
Suratul Al-Mukminun verses 1, 2 and 9;
"Success indeed are the believers, Who humble in their prayers, ...And those who keep a guard on their prayers"
@
"Sesungguhnya berjayalah orang-orang yang beriman. (Iaitu) mereka yang khusyuk dalam solat mereka...Dan mereka yang memelihara solat-solat mereka."
Allah said it all. From what my point of view, you want to achieve success? Keep a really good eye on your solat. InsyaAlalh :)
I just got the inspiration to write about this entry from an article in a book entitled 'Quran Saintifik, Meneroka Kecemerlangan Quran daripada Teropong Sains' by Dr. Danial bin Zainal Abidin. To tell you the truth, that's NOT my book. I do love books but I don't really read books of that genre, if you follow what I mean. =_____='
Where on Earth did I got that book and why of a sudden I read it? We have this particular Biology assignment where we have to discuss on the origin of human from Apes, related to the Charles Darwin's evolution theory. And our 'Boss' (group leader) showed us this book which had the other related article. So yeah. I got interested to read a couple of the articles and volunteered to translate an article with hopes that I can read more other articles. I'm sorta borrowing the book laa.heheh
So people, hows Ramadhan so far? I reckon our body systems had seems to adjust with the not-eating-and-not-drinking stuff. But Ramadhan is not just about that right? It's more than that. Hmm, what more? That stuff your having in your mind, is all what Ramadhan needs WE need in Ramadhan :)
I bet most of us will be so drop dead tired by an hour before berbuka kan? That is the peak time for orang yang berpuasa when our prayers are the most mustajab. Aminn~
Yang baik datang daripada Allah
dan yang buruk itu kelemahan diriku ini.
Until later.
Selamat berbuka dan bertarawikh.
Wassalam :)
